您可以考虑采用sbt-release。

这是一个更高级的“工作流程”插件：“发布”用作发布中的步骤之一（在“检查没有 SNAPSHOT 依赖项”之后）。

它不会阻止你运行'sbt publish'，但是当你养成使用'sbt release'而不是'sbt publish'的习惯时，它会完成你正在寻找的东西。
