OP 在评论中指出，失败是因为没有最新版本的 Firebase CLI。要查看已安装的版本号，请使用firebase -V.

由于新版本的 Firebase CLI 中不断添加功能，因此文档建议经常更新以确保您拥有最新版本：

在许多情况下，只有最新版本的 Firebase CLI 和 firebase-functions SDK 才能提供新功能和错误修复。使用 Firebase 项目的 functions 文件夹中的这些命令经常更新 Firebase CLI 和 SDK 是一种很好的做法：

npm install firebase-functions@latest firebase-admin@latest --save
npm install -g firebase-tools

作为参考，Firebase CLI 是开源的，可在此处获得。
