绑定适用于客户端和服务。您正确修改了客户端，但也需要在服务器端进行。

客户端向服务器发送请求 - 服务器正在进行反序列化，并且在反序列化时发生错误。一切都指出您没有更新用于绑定的服务器端配置（web.config）

检查你的 maxReceiveMessageSize 和 maxBufferSize
