感谢这篇文章，我发现了我的问题。

安装 Homebrew 时，似乎没有拉到最新版本。安装后，运行brew update。Homebrew 最近修复了更新安装时反映的更高版本中的“Origin 问题”。

我刚刚将我的 iMac 升级到 10.9.1，然后做了一个brew update. 之后brew doctor给了我“非标准来源”警告。@tom-geoco 引用的帖子并没有真正说明问题出在哪里，也没有解释如何手动更改“原始远程”设置，但是，根据上面@jesdisciple 的评论，我只是退出了终端，再次运行它并尝试brew doctor问题消失了。 brew --config现在报告ORIGIN: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew.git哪个是正确的。诡异吧？
