最好的办法是完全重新安装 Xcode 以确保安全。它可能是模拟器，甚至是由 xcode 运行的进程来启动它。

还可以通过运行 Apple 硬件测试来检查您的 RAM 是否正常。这有时可能与此问题有关

您的项目根本不会受到影响，因此无需担心。

好的，问题解决了，原来我的硬盘上有一些坏块，所以我不得不用 CCC（克隆器）将我的硬盘克隆到另一个硬盘上，一切正常且顺利。我使用 TechTool 应用程序检查我的系统，但即使是这个应用程序在检查过程中也崩溃了，这让我认为这是我的硬盘。问题解决了。
