重新启动 shell 或在当前 shell 实例中手动运行所有导出命令

重新配置，使编码可以是 UTF8（[从这里获取][1]）

sudo su postgres

psql

update pg_database set datistemplate=false where datname='template1';
drop database Template1;
create database template1 with owner=postgres encoding='UTF-8'

  lc_collate='en_US.utf8' lc_ctype='en_US.utf8' template template0;

update pg_database set datistemplate=true where datname='template1';

感谢您的locale输出。OpenNMS 似乎正在使用您的 en_US（非 UTF-8）语言环境来创建 postgres db，这是错误的。这应该有效：

发生这种情况是因为您的系统设置为使用 Latin1 编码而不是 UTF-8。您的语言正确设置为 en_US，但编码未设置为 UTF-8。尝试运行：$

ERROR:  new collation (en_US.utf8) is incompatible with the collation of the template database (en_US.UTF-8)
HINT:  Use the same collation as in the template database, or use template0 as template.

解决方案：

dpkg-reconfigure locales (choose en_US.UTF-8)
