I'm scratching my head on this error since similar errors refer to instances of compiling libcurl from source; however, I am just simply trying to get a former rails project running on my Ubuntu 12.04.

libcurl 是否正确安装？Typhoeus 没有原生扩展，但它需要 libcurl 动态库 ( .so)，因为它与FFI 库一起使用：

# from lib/typhoeus/curl.rb
ffi_lib 'libcurl'

我会说不需要开发文件（头文件），所以sudo apt-get install libcurl3应该这样做（否则通过安装带 SSL 支持的开发版本sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev）。

我尝试添加libcurl-devel 7.57.0-1到 msys2（在 Windows 上），但没有帮助。（pacman -Ss libcurl显示为已安装：
