自从我上次进行回购同步以来，我已经清除了我的 HTTP_PROXY 和 HTTPS_PROXY 变​​量。

export HTTP_PROXY=http://<proxy_user_id>:<proxy_password>@<proxy_server>:<proxy_port>
export HTTPS_PROXY=http://<proxy_user_id>:<proxy_password>@<proxy_server>:<proxy_port>

为我的公司设置运行这个解决了这个问题。
