我自己找到了答案。我所说的不工作的意思是分隔线是可点击的。我必须做的是在我的适配器中覆盖areAllItemsEnabled返回 false 的方法并在该isEnabled方法中创建一个条件(参见原始问题的后半部分)。

我认为您遇到的问题与ClickListener您正在添加的问题有关,因为您正在放入不可点击的 XML,但是在您设置好之后,您ContentView将放入以下行:

list.setOnItemClickListener(new OnItemClickListener() { ... }

这使得列表可点击。
