使用 Microsoft 的Telephony API (TAPI),而不是尝试直接与调制解调器对话,您可能会更轻松。

也许您需要在应答端应用A0 和/或 S0=1 Hayes 命令。

您可能想尝试在接收端发出 ATS0=1 并让调制解调器自动应答(如果您愿意,用您想要的响铃次数代替 1)。

您可能会发现智能调制解调器并不总是通过振铃 (EV_RING) 信号。

编辑:当您不希望调制解调器再自动应答时,不要忘记“ATS0=0”。
