sip确保在尝试构建 PyQt4 之前安装了正确的包。对于 ubuntu，我认为您将需要python-sip-devandpython3-sip-dev包（以及任何依赖项）。或者，您可以从源代码下载并构建最新版本的 sip。

当您configure.py为 pyqt 或 sip 运行脚本时，必须使用正确版本的 python，例如：

/usr/bin/python3.2 configure.py
