Inetpub 由 SYSTEM 用户创建。这意味着您不得在没有管理员权限的情况下对其或其任何子目录进行修改。尝试更改 inetpub 文件夹的权限，以便任何人都可以修改文件。右键单击-> 属性-> ...我忘记了之后要做什么。（我现在在 Linux 中）。如果这不起作用，请确保您以管理员身份运行 IIS。

您必须在 c:\ 中创建一个附加目录，然后对其提供读取、写入和执行权限。请在您的 php 代码中写下存储位置的绝对路径。
