这个输出有两个问题：

• echo-ed sweave 代码忽略 columns 环境并跨越两列

• 任一图形的列边距都过宽

• 至于第一个问题，简单的方法是keep.source=TRUE在 SweaveOpts 中设置。如需更多花哨的控制，请参阅fancyvrbSweave 手册的常见问题解答 #9。
• 图形的宽度可以通过\setkeys{Gin}{width=1.0\textwidth}
