  1.5.0, 1.5.1, 1.5.2, 1.6.0, 1.7.0rc0, 1.7.0)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for ray==0.8.0

尝试将依赖项更新为ray==0.8.6. 但后来得到了这个：

ERROR: Cannot install flow and flow==0.5.0.dev0 because these
  package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    flow 0.5.0.dev0 depends on redis~=2.10.6
    ray 0.8.6 depends on redis<3.5.0 and >=3.3.2

然后删除版本以仅保留ray在requirements.txt. 尽管如此，安装还是不成功。

尝试使用 Conda 在 Windows 10 设备上安装4.10.0
