当 debug 为 False 时，Django 会向管理员发送调试电子邮件，因此首先通过添加以下代码将调试电子邮件打印到控制台。

错误是由

缺少静态文件清单条目

'/js/chart-js-config.js'

我删除了

STATICFILES_STORAGE = 'whitenoise.storage.CompressedManifestStaticFilesStorage'

并将其替换为

STATICFILES_STORAGE = 'django.contrib.staticfiles.storage.StaticFilesStorage'

并运行 collectstatic
