我认为问题在于您在 for 循环中执行了 require 。该twilio 库中定义了一些对象，因此第二次需要它时，类会再次定义，这会引发错误。

如果您设置了 error_reporting(E_ALL) ，那么您将在输出中看到该效果的异常。

我要么将其更改为 require_once，要么将其移出 for 循环。
