正如 MrBean 所说，您需要为每个测试而不是每个模块运行夹具。

您可以像这样更改范围：

@pytest.fixture(scope="function")
def test_app_with_db():
    # set up
...

或者您可以完全删除该scope参数，因为它默认为function：
