在发出 sam local invoke "HelloWorldFunction" 时出现错误:::handle = win32file.CreateFile( pywintypes.error: (2, 'CreateFile', 'The system cannot find the file specified.')

通常这意味着 Docker 没有运行。检查 Docker 是否正常工作。
