经过大量研究，我发现 ruby​​ 有两种安装方式：

  • 使用 DevKit
  • 没有 DevKit

问题在于没有 DevKit。
安装 ruby​​（使用 DevKit），问题就解决了。

我发现我错过了一个包裹。

sudo apt install libsqlite3-dev

为我工作。
