默认情况下，端口 53 是 DNS 端口。所以看起来你已经绑定了，或者其他东西在你的服务器上运行并且已经在使用这个端口。

尝试更改配置中的端口或停止绑定/DNS 服务，但最好更改 apache 配置中的端口。

而且您的日志文件似乎也有问题。检查您的 apache 配置以验证日志文件的权限和路径。
