正如查德威克所提到的，我只是这样做了，您不需要 Foundation_EXPORTS 预处理器标志。

此外，如果您将附加 lib 目录设置为 poco lib，则无需指定 dll 的类型，即 MT、Debug 等。

您只需要 POCO_STATIC 作为预处理器标志。

您正在使用的库“PocoFoundationmt.lib”是使用“发布静态”模式构建的。从您运行的项目看来，您需要调试版本的库，它应该是“PocoFoundationmtd.lib”。

从错误日志中可以看出，链接存在冲突。那就是你说编译器运行时库是MDd，但是你正在链接到一个发布版本库。确保在您的 ProjectProperties->Linker 中您没有链接到任何其他库并链接到“ PocoFoundationmtd.lib ”。确保在项目的顶部（靠近运行按钮）选择“调试”而不是“发布” 。还要定义POCO_STATIC。
