我有同样的问题，xcode 错误是一样的，我的问题是用于创建图标的 extrange png 格式，我使用和在线转换器重新创建 png 和在线服务https://appicon.co/来生成xcassets 文件夹，在此更改后，xcode 11.3 可以毫无问题地将应用程序上传到应用商店。
