我不是 SystemC 专家,但它看起来可能与常见的 VHDL 问题类似,即信号在至少一个增量周期过去之前不会更新:

要获得与内存模块的零时间同步,您应该使用 wait(SC_ZERO_TIME); //等待一个增量周期,不要在定时模拟中引入任意时间消耗。这也迫使您将 control_process 升级到 SC_THREAD
