请注意，您正在尝试在 docker 容器中运行 Iroha 节点，因此在 docker 网络中。无法从 docker 容器访问在主机上运行的 Postgres 实例。我建议你运行两个 docker 容器：Postgres 和 Iroha。他们将在同一个网络中，因此他们将看到对方。
