您缺少安装 sqlite3 的共享库。

大多数 ROR 安装说明或教程可能没有告诉您的一件事是，在 Linux 上运行时，您需要共享库，或者您的 windows 人 dll 丢失或与您尝试运行的版本不兼容。

我看到你也在运行 RVM。所以你应该试试这个。

sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-dev
sudo gem install sqlite3-ruby

如果您在安装 gem 时仍然遇到问题，试试这个 - 将 sudo 放到该行中，然后进行 gem install

gem install sqlite3-ruby -- --with-sqlite3-dir=/usr/local/lib

此外，为 Ubuntu 更新所有库也没有什么坏处。

在运行 sqlite3 的库之前先运行它：

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

运行更新和升级可能需要几分钟时间。您也可以从 Admin --> System area 运行它。有一个菜单允许您运行所有库更新并检查可能缺少的依赖项。

您还可以从系统应用程序 GUI 运行 sqlite 安装，因为它会检查可能还需要的依赖程序。

请记住，当某些东西没有像您在使用 Ruby on Rails 时遇到的问题那样安装时，这通常意味着缺少库或需要不正确的版本。
