Allegro 5 使用 pkg-config。

gcc foo.c -o foo $(pkg-config --libs allegro-5.0)

您还需要指定您使用的插件库：

gcc foo.c -o foo $(pkg-config --libs allegro-5.0 allegro_image-5.0)

你的问题有一部分。通常，您应该能够将其添加到命令行，如下所示：

g++ `allegro-config --libs` test2.cc -o test2
