Google plus 已停用，由于您使用的是 ionic4，因此您需要使用 google plus beta 版本

始终不要全局安装 NPM。

在本地 node_model 文件夹中安装依赖项。在全局模式下（即使用-g 或- 命令），它将当前包引用（即当前工作目录）建立为全局包。默认情况下，npm install 包将安装 json 中列出的所有模块作为依赖项。
