当我遇到同样的问题时，它有助于断开我的 elementor 帐户并因此断开其许可证。重新激活还重新激活了与模板库的连接，该连接似乎与 elementor 插件的其余部分分开处理。

使用 Elementor 2.1.4，我无法通过使用“同步库”工具重新安装插件、重新激活许可证、禁用其他插件来解决此问题。

对我有用的是替换

  s:10:"categories";N;

和

  s:10:"categories";a:0:{}

在数据库表中option_value的条目字段中wp_otions

 option_name = 'elementor_remote_info_library'

该值会不时更新，因此为避免再次将类别设置为 null，您可能还需要在以下行wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/api.php@111之前注释掉以下行update_option( self::LIBRARY_OPTION_KEY, ...)：

    $info_data['library']['categories'] = json_decode( $info_data['library']['categories'] );

这导致了这个问题，因为此时类别已经作为数组而不是 JSON 可用。
