raw_data.dat是一个JPEG Lossless, Nonhierarchical有 2 帧且精度 > 8 位的文件,一种非常罕见的格式。

imagecodecs包可以读取文件(假设存在Cython_imagecodecs扩展):

>>> data = open('raw_data.dat', 'rb').read()
