为了帮助巩固答案：最初您缺少ReactiveFormsModule.

要回答您的第二个问题，您需要TranslateStore在您的 providers 数组中为 Testbed 提供

确保在 TestBed 中导入 FormsModule 和/或 ReactiveFormsModule。

注意： FormsModule 用于模板驱动的表单，而 ReactiveFormsModule 用于反应驱动的表单。
