我猜你刚刚颠倒了你的行和列。您的输入文件中有 12 列和 14 行,而在您的代码中,您将行读取为列,将列读取为行。

您似乎正在读取.pbm文件。如果许可证适合您的目的,您可能需要考虑使用netpbm 库。
