每次我发现 API 错误时，我的脚本都会等待 1 秒。如果错误再次发生，脚本将等待 2 秒。然后是 4 秒、8 秒、16 秒。我总共做了 5 次尝试。它每次都有效。

幻灯片肯定可以提供更好的错误消息，但我很确定问题在于http://localhost:9880/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/pla23.jpg您尝试插入的图像 URL。我尝试replaceAllShapesWithImage使用该图像提出请求，也得到了 503。

幻灯片通过公共互联网下载您的图像，因此localhost域无法正常工作。尝试将其托管在某个可公开访问的 URL 上，或者您可以使用Google Drive来托管图像。

I had the same error message (for a totally different reason).

For me, I waited 30 seconds and attempted the same thing again, and it worked.

Seems it may simply be a brief outage of the Google API.
