我不相信你layout_igraph_manual直接打电话是作者的意图。如果将布局命名为“手动”,则可以传入手动布局顶点所需的参数。如果我理解正确的话,这让我得到了你想要的东西:

使用 ggraph 时,您通常不必考虑节点坐标 - 它们是根据所选布局自动提供的。如果您想事先自己计算布局,只需使用手动布局 - 检查文档layout_igraph_manual
