我已经：
- 检查 Hyper-V 服务是否正在运行并重新启动该服务以防万一。
- 我检查 Regedit 中的路径对我的 Android SDK 是否正确。
- 我的 Android SDK 是最新的。
- 我检查我是否从 SDK Manager 下载了 API。
