无法运行简单的专家顾问。Wnd.dll- 来自 " bin" 文件夹的文件，使用 VS2015 创建。

除非您购买了库，否则 nquotes 包仅适用于演示帐户。整个解决方案进入存储您的项目的文件夹。这些项目通常是类库项目，并且需要一个可执行项目来调用 DLL。看起来您的文件位于错误的目录中。而不是在 c# 中使用。
