在didSelectAnnotationView从包中加载 xib 并将子视图添加到注释视图中。这里CustomXibCallout是 xib 文件，CustomCalloutView是 MKAnnotationView。

    customView.frame = CGRect(x: -calloutViewFrame.size.width/2.23, y: -calloutViewFrame.size.height-7, width: 315, height: 200)

    view.addSubview(customView)
}

在didDeselectAnnotationView删除添加的视图
