List<Line> lines = (List<Line>) textBlock.getComponents();

您可能需要遍历 TextBlock SparseArray 以获取每个块行。此外，这种方法也适用于从每一行获取每个元素。getComponents() 方法位于所有文本项都实现的 Text 接口中。
