另一种方法是实例化一个真实HTTParty::Response的：

  HTTParty::Response.new(
    nil, 
    Struct.new(:code, :parsed_response)
          .new(200, {"TwilioResponse"=>...}), -> { ... }
  )
end

我会采用第一种方法。请注意，您可能需要更改handle_response：

response_base = response['TwilioResponse']
