您必须设置环境变量：

PYTHONPATH=C:\msys64\mingw64\lib\python2.7;C:\msys64\mingw64\lib\python2.7\lib-dynload;

PYTHONHOME 变量引用 python 解释器：

PYTHONHOME=C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\pyhon.exe
