我遇到了同样的问题：包含 LinearLayout 且 animateLayoutChanges 设置为 true 的 NestedScrollView 导致内容出现滚动问题。就我而言，内容在 appBarLayout 下滑动。

此错误在此处记录为问题 180504。看来这现在已修复为支持库23.2.0，这意味着更新到此应该可以解决问题：
