我也有类似的需求。我通过为每一行创建另一个包含我想要的工具提示的隐藏列来解决它，然后在 InitializeRow 事件中设置工具提示，如下所示：

       e.Row.Items[1].Tooltip = e.Row.Items[2].Value.ToString();
    }

效果很好。不利的一面是我必须为每条记录做一次，一次一个，这意味着我不能使用 SQL 调用中的 .Fill() 方法。
