你不应该有引号t2.time_id。单引号用于表示字符串文字；这显然是一个列参考。

您的代码中有两件事看起来很奇怪：

  • to_date(''t2.time_id'',''dd-mon-yyyy'')

您不需要在列周围使用任何单引号，您只需要在字符串 literal周围使用单引号。将其更改为：

to_date(t2.time_id,''dd-mon-yyyy'')

  • COMMIT;

DDL语句不需要COMMIT，仅DML语句需要提交。去掉它。
