我创建了一个简单的spring-mvcWeb 应用程序（一个控制器）和一个简单的 spring jar（包含一个控制器）。

我使用 web 片段使用servlet 3规范，我遇到的是，如果我使用spring xml配置（根据在 STS 中创建的示例项目），当我输入urlspring-mvc时，jar 中的控制器不会被调用或命中，但是如果我使用 java config 它工作正常。

我所有的java配置都是导入xml并设置扫描......我真的很好奇为什么会这样，有人有什么想法吗？
