它在错误消息中是正确的：

No package 'libffi' found

您需要先安装libffi并libffi-dev通过您的发行版的包管理器（yum,apt-get等），然后才能进行pip安装。他们的名字可能因平台而异。

libffi6 libffi-dev即使已安装，也无法使其正常工作。终于让它工作了：

pip3 install -U pip
pip3 install -U setuptools
pip3 install --no-cache-dir cairocffi

对我来说，在使用 python 3.5.3rc1 的 Windows 10 上pip install cairocffi失败了。做pip install cffi就足以让它成功。
