yum install ruby-devel ruby-irb ruby-rdoc ruby-ri

尽管前一个命令修复了这两个问题，但请记住，在第二个错误消息的情况下，您也可以通过添加来跳过文档--no-rdoc。

--[no-]rdoc参数已被弃用，如gem install --help. 您现在必须--no-document在每个 gem 安装中使用或将其存储在您的~/.gemrc中，如本答案中所述。
