billing_info由于您正在使用嵌套的帐单信息创建一个新帐户，因此您需要在哈希中提供一个有效的信用卡号，如下所示：

billing_info.number = 123

在创建具有嵌套帐单信息的新帐户时，还有其他必填字段（如month和）。year请阅读文档
