你是压倒一切的__new__；正是这种方法 (on object.__new__) 阻止了实例化。

您没有在此处创建不可变类型，或者正在更改新对象的创建，因此请__init__改用：

    self._logger.setLevel(logging.INFO)

__new__无论如何你都用错了；传入的第一个参数是类，而不是实例，因为此时没有创建实例。通过覆盖__new__而不调用原始文件，您 a) 没有创建实例并且 b) 没有触发阻止首先创建实例的代码。

使用__init__而不是__new__实例化会引发预期的异常：
