                   .Callback<Customer>((Customer c) => { listOfCustomers.Add(c); })
                   .Returns((Customer c) => c);

当通过 IQueryable 访问时,您已经模拟了可查询对象以返回一组固定的数据。但是 Add 以 DbEntry 的形式保存在 DbContext 内部的单独列表中。

我建议你也模拟 Add() 方法,将新元素添加到模拟数组 ( listOfCustomers)。
