只需检查您是否能够连接以下网址：

host:15000/admin?op=stats

如果您能够连接此 URL，则 MDEX 正在运行。此外，您可以登录体验管理器并检查 dgraphs 和 dgidx 是否正在运行。

如果您无法连接，请检查所有服务（工具和 http）是否正在运行且可访问。您可以检查 endeca 日志以进一步调试。

位于 \localconfig\atg\endeca\assembler\cartridge\manager 的 DefaultFileStoreFactory.properties 中的 configurationPath 属性值可能不正确。

在 OOTB CRS 中，我们通常为 configurationPath 属性提供以下值：/ToolsAndFrameworks/11.1.0/server/workspace/state/repository/CRS

您能否验证 .zip 是否存在于 DefaultFileStoreFactory.properties 中提供的路径中。

解决方案是正确定义属性的configurationPath=E:/Endeca/Apps/CRS/data/workbench/application_export_archive/CRS值"DefaultFileStoreFactory.properties"

如果您将操作系统用作 Windows，则将此路径定义为 Unix 样式，如上所示。
