- (void)action:(id)sender forEvent:(UIEvent *)event

在那个方法里面：

NSIndexPath *indexPath = [tableView indexPathForRowAtPoint:[[[event touchesForView:sender] anyObject] locationInView:tableView]];

这应该可以为您提供行的索引路径。
